We rent our beautiful furnished 2-room (1-bedroom) apartment for short- and long-term stays in Paris We are individual owners, not an agency, and you will not have to pay any agency fees.

The apartment is 35m2 and very nicely arranged (no lost space) with a bedroom and a salon/living room, a separate kitchen, and separate toilet/WC and bathroom with tub. There are windows in every room and LOTS of light. It is not your typical sparsely furnished Paris apartment. Our place is very nicely decorated and furnished. It is perfect for a single person or couple.

It is on the 5th floor (no elevator!) but is high enough to get lots of light. It faces a small courtyard and is off the street, so there is virtually no street noise.
