The living room is beautifully furnished with a clean, modern style. There is a large bookshelf/media center with a flat-panel television, a "2-person" sofa (it is not a sofabed), as well as a lounge chair and multi-part coffee table. The large southwest-facing window opens to the courtyard, and the apartment is on the 5th floor, so it gets lots of light throughout the day. The windows are all double-glazed to keep the heat in and noise out.
This is a pleasant room that can quickly and easily be reconfigured for dining and entertaining.
Above, you can see the folding table, against the wall on the left, that can open to serve as a dinner table for four people. The door opens to the entry hall and you can see into the kitchen. (Click on any photo for a larger view.)
