The rent is 1415 euros/month (1350 euros rent plus 65 euros in charges). You are responsible for electricity and internet (if you want it). Easy transfer of EDF (electricity) bill to your name. You will also be required to buy a basic renters' insurance. We can help you with this.
In order to move in, you will need to provide a security deposit equaling to two months' rent (less charges) which amounts to 2700 euros, plus the first month's rent. The move-in total required is therefore 4115 euros.
In addition, we require that you provide a caution solidare, a standard practice in France, meaning a local co-signer who will guarantee the payment of rent.
